I just back squatted 45 pounds on each side with bands around my knees and I literally haven’t done a back squat in over a year.

It was completely pain-free this time, I felt great!

So, big thanks to Thomas. Really appreciate it.

Thomas really gave me a lot of stuff that I can do day-to-day when I’m home.

If I’m on a work trip, if I’m in long airplane rides, stuff that I can do every day that will help that I can work into my own routines, so I can keep improving on my own. 

So, all in all, a really worthwhile investment. Really appreciate it. Feel much better now.
